An American Story.
Raised in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Ben LeBlanc grew up building. High school and college were spent helping his father and brothers construct a family home in Wells, Maine—an experience that shaped the way he approaches every project today.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from UMass Lowell, Ben left New England for a fresh start in Michigan. There, he spent seven years in manufacturing- working across plastics engineering, additive manufacturing, and prototype development. His final role was leading prototype vehicle builds for GM Defense.
But with a desire for something more, he returned back to the northeast and once again started over. With a blank slate.
Blanc Slate Concepts was founded on a simple idea: every project deserves a blank slate. By combining experience across manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, and construction, Blanc Slate Concepts helps bring ideas to life through thoughtful problem solving and hands-on execution.
Whatever the project, let’s start building.
